Hi Guyz,
We setup early watch for our production system from our solution manager & we also got the report. There was sign indicating that "mail sent to SAP", Does this mean that our early watch report was sent to SAP? If yes how many days will it take to get the reply from SAP and how can we know that SAP replied after seeing our Earlywatch report?
Thanks
RAJ
Hi
Your Earlywatch report is the automatic report generated by SAP proprietary tools. Whenever you schedule earlywatch report generation the data is collected from your system and is sent to SAP, after which you get Structured and detailed Earlywatch report on your mail ids or in Solution manager within 3 working days from the day of data sent. Thats why you see mail sent to SAP.
Earlywatch alerts are for you analysis and action.

Hi Raj,
SAP won't reply to the EA data that you sent them. This just gets processed and saved into one of the accounts on Service MarketPlace.
Since you are processing the EA reports in Solution Manager you can turn off the sending of session data to SAP in transaction SDCCN. You can do this be deleting the Send Session task that has OSS as the Task system (shown in SDCCN).
Hope that helps.
