How to create PR automatically by sales order?

Dear experts,

I want to create PR automatically with sales order, and then create delivery from this sales order, and goods issue. I know third party order, however it can't create delivery.

Hi,

Go to VOV7 T code,

You will find one check box Create PO automatic. Check that.

It will create automatically PO.

Hi Lance,

Use item Category TAB instead of TAN and assign this itemcategory if it is alreadt not done. Create the sales Order and PR will be created. This is a standard in SAP.

It is not posible to have Purchase Requisition from sales order when you have a delivery relavent item (I meen when item has movement type (example: 601))

May be you should go for an enhansment to create PR.

You can try the BAPI: BAPI_REQUISITION_CREATE

i think you should check the for the userexit in Sales Order. MV45AFZZ - USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT you can call the BAPI and you can create PO.

Hello,

If you are delivering the goods then what is the necessity of creating the purchase requisition? If you want to get the material into your stock from a vendor and deliver it to the end customer, then follow individual purchase order process.
