Queues are blocked in PI

Queues are blocked in PI,I am unable to release it from SMQ2.Can you please tell me what other methods can I follow to release them.Can I delete them?is it ok

Whats does the error say?

Did you try de-registering and registering the queues?

This is in Sandbox.It shows the queue name and entries as 500,the status shows as SYSFAIL.I have sent around 5000 msg through the XI system and stopped it in the middle and deleted on of the queue.The msg size is very small.

go to the sysfail Queue and check what is the message showing there..

The error is: XI Error UPDATE.XICACHE: Queue stopped

My CC was inactivated,I activated my CC and reset the status,the queues got cleared.Problem solved

Hi there,

what is the error message showing there..

if open the queues you can c message there..

act according to that..

If in production system it is not a good idea to delete the queues.

I do not have access to SMQE ,is there any other way?what is registering and de-registering of queues?
