Can you describe the exact problem you are having in replicating your efforts from Q to P?

If it's mapping FF ID's, owner, FF's and controllers, then follow what you did in Q...

Hi Sairam,

Kindly follow the following steps to do the so:

1. Login as FFADMIN

2. Define FFID Owner by clicking Owners button

3. Define FFighters by clicking FireFighters button

4. Define Controlles by clicking on Controllers button

Hope this will solve your problem

Hi Faisal,

I Logged as FFadmin by the assigned role of /virsa/z_vfat_administrator.

the problem is to map ffid to ffowner,

wen i click the owners tab,new entries.the next screen is displaying with the following tabs:

Role FFRoleOwner Description.

How can i define FFID in the Role field?

Hope u understand my problem.

***all three ffroles have been assigned to my loginid.

Ideally, when you click on Owners, you should get the screen with the following colums:

========================================

FFighter ID || FireFight ID Owner || Used By || Description

=========================================

Where you define FF Id and its owner.

According to you, you are not getting screen where you can assign FF Id to its owner!

Kindly correct me if I am wrong

Hi,

Very weird situation! By the way, following is the role I assigned to FFADMIN User:

/VIRSA/Z_VFAT_ADMINISTRATOR

Kindly check the same. I hope you have also assigned the same role. However, I am confirming.

By the way, in that ROLE column, is it showing any multiple entries? If not what exactly you can do t here?

I suggest created separate user like FFADMIN and test.

Kindly update me.

Hi Faisal,

in the roles field, multiple entries option is there ,we can assign role here,i assigned owner role here.

wen i click the firefighter tab,new entries,in the role field wen i click on the multiple entries option, the role that i assigned in the owners tab role is displaying.

Hope u understand my problem.

Ideally here you should get the FF Id not the role!

However, I suggest you to kindly see the authorizations of FF Administrator.

Dear Faisal,

Thanks for your suggestions,my problem was solved. In the Configuration Tab i Assigned as

Assign FFroles Instead of FireFighter ids, to YES thats the main reason, the role tab is displaying instead of firefighterID.

I removed Assign FFroles Instead of FireFighter ids, to YES .

Thanks Faisal,

Hi Karuna,

Sorry I apologise, my RTA version is 5.1 not 5.2 and FireFighter version is 3.0.

I hope your version is different from mine. I could not find such option in the above said version at my place..

Faisal
