Sales order quantity & delivery Qty

Hi

In delivery we can increase the materia qty other then sales order qty. For e.g in sales order qty is 100 pc for material Z but in delivery we can increase the qty 150 pc.

Where to make the settings so that sales order qty will be equal to or less then the sales order qty. It should not be more then sales order qty.

Dear debasish

Go to 0vlp, (zero v l p) select the item category and maintain "B" for Check overdelivery. This will serve your purpose.

go to the delivery item category 0VLP, THERE IS A FIELD FOR OVERDELIVERY, ENTER B , SO THAT U CANNT MAKE OVER DELIVERIES NOW

You can maintain Overdelivery tolerance as 0% ( or blank ) in Customer Material Info record or Customer Master.

Hi,

In VTLA - item level -/+ quantity field. By configuring this field u can achieve this.

And also please check 0vlp item level - over delviery field put a error there..

Hi,

We can do this through copy control settings between Order and delvery. VTLA there

item level - + ve quanity..

configure this as per your requirement...
