In out put determination, for one customer, for one sales document type and for one out put type we want to maintain 3 mediums likeu2014fax, email, print out. How to maintain these 3 mediums for one customer

Hi,

You assign output determination procedure to account group for customer and assign same procedure to sales document type . place the same output type in the output determination procedure. then go to NACE to code select application V1 and select output type BA00 and press process routine there u have to give medium print fax etc select the partener fnction and give the medium fax if u want go for email go for special functions and give email.

In VV11, Maintain these three ecords differently.

Like

Customer media

XYZ Print

XYZ Fax

XYZ Email

go to VV11, ENTER DIFFERENT COND TYPE AND MAINTAIN DIFFERENT types of out put there
