Hi Saritha,
are u getting the messages in the messages tab?
and to test the wsdl...
try with XML spy.
1.Click on open file
2.select ur downloaded wsdl
3.enter the input parameters in the mandatory fields
4.select create new soap request and send the request to server
5.enter ur credentials
u should be able to get the output if ur wsdl is correct.

Hi Saritha,
Once u have uploaded it as ext def..check on the message tab.
It should give u the service the wssdl would provide....
have u tried this?
If u dont get ne thing under the message tab..it would only mean its a faulty wsdl...
Aslo try to test the wsdl in a SOAP UI client like XML spy...

Hi Saritha,
Save your wsdl on to ur desktop and upload it into the external definitions under interface objects of your namespace.

Hello
when you tried to downlaod the wsdl don't copy it from the webservice , just go on file and save as on your desk top.
after that you try to import and your problem will be resolved.
and another thing when you import it imort as in wsdl format which you will be selecting it from the tab options.
you problem wikk be resloved by this.

Hai! Chetan!
Hai! Vijaya!
Thank you very much! for your response.
I proceeded exactly in the same way as you mentioned.
I downlaoded the wsdl from the webservice by going to file and saving it on my desk top.
After that I uploaded it into the external definitions under interface objects of my namespace in wsdl format by selecting it from the tab options.
Still Iam unable to overcome this problem.
Hi,
Can you elaborate your question.
Thanks
Virkanth
