Cost Rel Indicator in Material component screen for internal activity

Hi all,

Cost Rel Indicator in Material component screen for internal activity in project builder is in grey mode with the indicator deactivated beacuse

of this the activity is not generating any cost report

how can i disable the display mode so that i activate the indicator.
