Dear Experts,
Good day! how to create political regional structure for a utility which operates inside a single city into 5 zones and each zone has some 6 wards. In this part political is really needed or postal will do...? If political is needed plz guide me...

Hello..,
It is within the city, so better go for postal regional structure. U consider Zones as "Streets" in ISU .
Each ZONE as five wards, so u can cover "wards" as Street Sections in ISU.
