MSS Integration of ESS webdynpro application

Gudday,

How can i pass parameters from webdynpro application to portal dynamically???

I have a WDA in ESS which will fetch the pernr of the employee who logged in and dispaly his details.

I want to integrate same application in MSS where the manager logs in ,and he views the list of employees under him and upon selecting the employee...his relevant details should get displayed.

How can i modify the existing WDA as per the requirements??
