As I believe if the equipment under warranty, the repair charges can't be passed on to the customer, it has to be undertaken by company. So the warranty orders will be settled to a cost center or a profit center. Warranty orders will not be relevent for billing.
In the case of repair orders (chargeable), the repair costs (spares/labour) will be passed on to the customer, so the repair order will be settled to a Contract or sales order line item. Repair orders (chargeable) will be relevent for billing.
