System copy from (ABAP+Java) to separate ABAP and separate Java

We are planning to install BI and Sol Manager and both as a separate instaces for ABAP and Java.

BI:

Separate ABAP & seperate Java (BI) with different SIDs.

Sol Manager:

Separate ABAP & seperate Java with different SIDs.

Our old systems are integrated (ABAP+ Java) installations (single SID).

Is it possible to perform system copies from old system(ABAP+Java) to new systems ABAP separately and Java separately ?

Hi Mukesh,

Yes it is possible to do they system copy from old (abap+java) to separate abap system and java system.

but you may have to do some cleanup on the abap system(such as cleaning up java scheme). For java system, you can export the java from old system and import into new java system.
