SAP Solution users

Hi!

Can anyone tell me which other type of users besides CCSAP people can get benefits working with SAP Solution Manager ?

We do have other tools at the company and we are very happy with them. But we would like to know how can we get some benefits in our business using SAP Solution Manager.
