route not getting determined

Hi

we have created a custom delivery type of type without order reference, when we are creating a outbound delivery of this type we are getting the route field blank. what are the config settings we need to bring the route.

Hi shankar,

Follow the steps:

ROUTE DETERMINATION

Step1: Define Transportation Zone

Path: Sprou2014Logistics Executionu2014Transportationu2014Basic Transportation Function---Routesu2014Route Determinationu2014Define Transportation Zone.

Step 2:

Maintain County and Transportation Zone for Shipping Point.

Path: Under the Same Menu path--- Maintain County and Transportation Zone for Shipping Point.

Select the Shipping point and enter the Country and Transportation Zone

Step 3:

Define Transportation Groups.

Path: Under the Same Menu path---Define Transportation Groups.

Step 4:

Maintain Weight Group.

Path: Under the Same Menu path--- Maintain Weight Group.

Step 5;

Maintain Route Determination

Path: Under the Same Menu path--Maintain Route Determination.

Select New Entries and Define the Route Determination.

Please in IMG under route determination (Define New Route Determination By Delivery Type) use option A or B.

This way route will be determined when you create a delivery without refeence to an order.

In Tcode-SE16/SE11 check table -TROLZ & if any config is missing ,please complete it as explained by Raja Singh.
