Hi,

Security Deposit is taken by the company at the time of move in.

You can request for a security Deposit by Transaction fpsec1.

The tables in which the data is stored is FKK_SEC and FKK_SEC_C.

For creating a Security Deposit you can use BAPI_CTRACSECURITY_CREATE and for releasing a security deposit we use Bapi' BAPI_CASH_SECURITY_RELEASE'.

Reward Points if Helpful.

Hello,

You accept Security Deposits <SD> if the customer credit worthiness is not good. It can be either a cash SD or Non-Cash SD. Recording of Non-cash SD is recorded as statistical posting <No GL Item>.

Use FPSEC1 to post SD.

FPSEC2 = To change SD

FPSEC2 = To modify SD

Hope this helps
