Hi Ramesh,
You can't copy the software component but you can export it to the another system like Dev to Quality.
1)File Transports
You have to export from one server and import into target server....
a)IR(You can find the exported .tpz file here)
to export
Usr/sap/XID/sys/global/xi/repository_server/export
to import from export file
Usr/sap/XID/sys/global/xi/repository_server/import
b)ID(You can find the exported .tpz file here)
to export
Usr/sap/XID/sys/global/xi/integration_server/export
to import
Usr/sap/XID/sys/global/xi/integration_server/import
2)CMS

If you want to use one s/w component in other s/w component, You need to create usage dependencies among them.
Please go through the below link to understand Usage Dependencies. I think it will be very helpful to understand it:

Hi,
You have to Export complet Software component ctrl+shift right click you have an option of import and export. using this you can export or import any thing like datatypes, message types, mappings and entire software component itself.
Difference between Component and Product.
Product is shippable and Component is not shippable. Thats why there exist 2 things.
Thanks,
RamuV

hi,
You can transport the entire SWC from one server to other server.
for that go to tools and export design objects.
then copy that .tpz file from export folder of that server and paste it in import folder of other server.
Go to tools..import design objects.
