Hi
I am not sure about 1. Which Quicksizer details they requires.
For 2nd, they are asking that the system for which you have raised the message is having this component "ST-A/PI "Service Tools for Applications Plug-In".
For 3rd, may be you can check these notes:
Note 766505 - OSS1: Changes to the RFC connection to SAPOSS
Note 1021275 - Maintenance Optimizer: RFC Destinations for Partners
But better is to put all the relevent text of the mail.

Hi
SAP is asking:
1. Quick Sizer details
Approx numbers of users ( Extensive users, Normal Users, Low actvivity Users) : I am not correct in my words but they need the number of users that would use the system extensively, normally and sometime)
What the SAP CRM applications you would use.
Then some functional data
NB: I think your team would have done that before doing the implemenation. You can take the data from the functional team also.
2. Second they are asking that the patches related to these notes are in the system or not. You can find out them in SAPGui -> Se16 -> Tablename CVERS.
3. They are asking about the RFCs are configured so that they can establish the connection wiht your system. Are you able to open the connection for them on this system.
