Hi,

Job SEND_SYSTEM_RELATIONSHIP_TO_SUPP(program AI_SC_SEND_SYSTEM_RELATIONSHIP) is daily cancelled

SMG determined as monitoring Solution Manager system AI_SC_EN

Your user has no SAP Support Portal user assigned AI_SC_EN

Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE 00

I've check:

- User that executes this job exists and at aisuser transaction is assigned to SAP Support Portal:

User SAP Customer Number Contact Person

RAGUILAR 474839 5057457

The SAP Support Portal user(S-User) is S0005057457, also I've configured optimizer maintenance and I'm able to download packages with this user. So, it works¡¡.

- RFC SAPOSS destination works.

- Job REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT(AI_SC_REFRESH_READ_ONLY_DATA program) works daily.

- I've read SAP Note 1018677

Solved reviewing transaction aisuser
