I would like to know the answers for the following questions.
1) What is the difference between the urgent correction and correction? Are there other types of corrections possible?
2) How is the interaction/notification between Requester, Service Desk Employee, Change Manager, Developer, and Tester? Is an automatic notification possible?
3) Who creates the first transport request within the urgent correction (Developer, Change Manager)?
4) How can the existing task plan be customized (e.g. we do not need the action u201CImport Support Packageu201D)?
5) What is the recommended SPS of SOLMAN for the implementation of ChaRM?
6) How can the Sizing be evaluated for the implementation of ChaRM?

Just to answer a few of your questions:
2) Automatic notification is possible via scheduled actions.
Form Name Z_CRM_REMINDER_MAIL_01 (for example)
Processing Class CL_DOC_PROCESSING_CRM_ORDER
Processing Method CRM_ORDER_EXEC_SMART_FORM
3) Usually the first developer is doing this.
4) Basically this is nothing you really need to do since tasks which aren't used do not really interfere with your process. If you still want to create an own variant you should have a look at: Change Management -> Extended Config -> Schedule Manager
