Characterstic Combination Missing -URGENT

Hi to All,

Im a CRM consultant, and im trying to send uplift volume from CRM to APO DP.

But iam getting an error which is as below

"Promotion or campaign T-000000 could not be transferred to APO.

Characteristic GTSALORG cannot be assigned to a promotion "

We have maintained the charactestic combination correctly but still....

Can any one tell whats GTSALORG.

When you do promotion planning in APO , you define charectristics for promotion level which is the level at which you will apply promotion .

In your case GTSALORG is a custom charectristics created in your organization which i think representing sales organization .

I think this chracteristics GTSALORG has to be assigned to promotion key figure ,

Contact you DP consultant , he should be able to do it in APO DP .

Dear sanju,

I think, it has nothing to do with above settings as long as you are trying to load cube..

The above settings are for executing promotions in DP..

one more thing it may not be obvious loading data to cube when you mention "loading data to APO DP"..

we even load PA from cube..

check your data source and other rules about the characteristic you have mentioned.
