report generation

hi gurus,

i want to generate the following report, please give me the details to get this report. tell me wheather i can get this in standard tcode or need the enhancement.

1.Number of sales orders processed each day

2.Number of deliveries created/ delivered each day

3.Number of billing docs created each day.

can we do with ABAP or we need BI.

For List of sale orders

VA05 is there. there u can also find the status of the sale order.

i.e., completed, partially completed, not yet processed.

u can also get open sale orders according to date wise.

for Billing Documents

VF05

and for deliveries..

fo for VL06O

here u can get deliveries in different status.

like ......For Picking

For loading

For Goods Issue

and last... List of outbound deliveries..

if u want all these details under one report.. u have to contact ur ABAP person.

In standard itself, you can generate the reports

1) VA05 - Number of sale orders processed each day

2) VF04 - PGId Deliveries

3) VL21 - Deliveries created but not PGId

4) VF05 - Number of billing documents created

thanks for ur response, but in that case i can generate report only for a single customer, but i want the total day's report irrespective of customers

Excepting for VF05, you can generate report irrespective of customer. Instead of VF05, you can run VF05N.

but in VL04, I HAVE TO ENTER THE SHIPPING POINT.

for my client there r more than 100 shipping points, can i supress that field to get the report

CAN I GET THE TOTAL NUMBER OF SALES ORD/ DEL DOCS/ BILLING DOCS IN THOSE REPORTS.
