Former Member

Dear All,

We work on ECC6 and since last few days we are not able to send mail from our production system to outside.I checked and found it is doing from quality and development.

I even checked transation SCOT and settings are same as Quality.

What can be wrong.

Following is the error we are getting.

*Cannot process message, no route from SAROJP to say any Gmail or rediff account*

Message no. XS826

Diagnosis

To continue processing, the system requires a valid route from sender

SAROJP to recipient to say any Gmail or rediff account (type INT).

System Response

The action was terminated.

Error occurred in SAP in SAPconnect

Procedure

If this error was generated within the SAP system by SAPconnect, you

have the following options:

Create a route (i.e. assign a suitable address area, which covers the

above address, to a node).

1. Check whether the route exists, but the node to which it is assigne

is not in operation. If this is the case, change the route or put

the node into operation.

2. Change the recipient address if it has been entered incorrectly.

If the error was detected outside of the SAP system, please read the

operator's manual for your communication software or contact the

manufacturer.

Any suggestion will be highly appreciated and duly rewarded with points.

Regards,

Ashutosh

Might be worth asking your mail administrator to ensure that your Production host name is included in the list of servers that are permitted to "talk" to your mail server.

Hi Oliver,

yes I did that with the network guys and eveything seems OK.

Can you tell me what tcodes other than scot I can see.The network guys also confirmed from the service provider that no hits are going from the production server for our company.

Due to that while executing the ABAP programme from the production server the mail could not reach the customer/Franchisee account on his mail id

This mail has a PDF file attached to it.Same is working for development and production and we are able to send mail to gmail or rediff account of the customer.

Can you suggest something specially with what other tcodes can I check from the basis point of view and what more information can I provide consulting the network guys.

Goto Edit --> Services...

Dear Siddesh,

when I checked transaction SOST so many Red dots are there in the status column for production, while no such dots exists for quality or development.

What can be done from the network point of view kindly suggest.

Double click on those Red dots and you would be able to find the cause of your problem.
