Dear All,
Can i utilize SolMan's Service Desk for Non-SAP systems exists in the landsacape for incidents (belongs to Non-SAP systems)?
What is the difference between SolMan's Service Desk and available Remedy / Magic etc. ?
Please help me out in this questions.

First solution manager is CRM system, you are can implement this for support any products in your organization.
If you use solution manager for non-SAP products, you have to buy license SAP Solution Manager Extended Service Desk
