hi Anu,

As you mention that you are a XI guy, first of all go thru all the concepts where you will be asked about how data flows from MDM to R/3 via XI

All the adapters ie sender reciever configurations, as XI can be used to transfer data from SAP as well as Non SAP systems to MDM.

Apart from that go thru the documents, all the refernce guides provided by SAP and are available at

This link gives u an overview of MDM as well as reference guides to all the MDM components.
