Status of WBS Elements.

Hi Experts,

I am using the following BAPIs for Getting and Setting the Status of WBS Elements.

BAPI_BUS2054_GET_STATUS and BAPI_BUS2054_SET_STATUS

I looked at the status available for the WBS element which are as follows: Release,Lock,Unlock,Order accepted,Completed Technically, Fully invoiced,Closd and Deletion flag.

But what I need are the custom status like Entered,Verified, Template created, Sent for Review,Review complete,Appeal for the WBS Elements.

Is this theconfiguration thing that is needed to be done for this.

I will really appreciate if someone can explain me in detail.

Hi,

You have to configure status profile( T Code: OK02) for user status as per your requirement.

Hi

Steps to create User Status:

1.If you wish to maitain user status, 1st you need to create the Status Profile and in the Status Profile, we can create multiple user statuses depends the requirement of the business.

2. This user status profil has to be assigned in the Project profile (Tcode OPSA), to make it available for the project.

3. In Project Builder, you can start assigning the User status to the WBS Elements.
