Is there a way to limit users emailing out of SAP such as report ZFBL5N so that they do not email out of the company's domain. To ensure they are not emailing it to their personal accounts.

Hi,

Check for the authorization object S_OC_SEND and S_BDS_DS where you can restrict the user.

Also see report codes RSSOSO00 and SAPMSSO0.
