Dear All,
When a PDF file is sent as a FAX, the SCOT throws the following error with message XS 812:
No delivery to <fax_number>
Message no. XS812
Diagnosis
The message could not be delivered to recipient <fax_number>. The node gave the following reason (in the language of the node):
File format conversion error
Can anybody suggest what could be the problem?
Note that the normal PCL and RAW data are being sent to the same FAX number without any problem.
Thanks
Sagar
The problem was in the FAX Server. The FAX Server was not able to understand the PDF file format.
Solved by FAX Server vendor. Thanks for all your suggestions.

Hi
Under Supported address types, click the Set button next to the Internet checkbox. The Address type for node dialog is displayed
Please check the "Output Formats of SAP Documents" and put the option "PDF" in "SAP Scripts/Smart Forms".
May this help you out as you are saying that other formats are going on easily.
