Pricing Condition Spilt

Hi SAP Guys,

i am working for an transport company and they are using truck & tanker.

Client wants to spilt the transportation charges(revenue) into 70:30 Ratio and to be posted to different G/L accounts to meet his business requirements.

The transportation charges are based on the Tanker capacity.

We have created Truckes are as one mtrl groups and tankers are categorised based on the capacity.

For Example:

1. Material 10000 1.00 INR 10000.00

(Transportation Charges = 1000.00 INR (ZTRC) 70% of the value for Line item 2 & 30% for Line Item 3)

2. Truck 1 1.00 INR 00700.00

3. Tanker 1 1.00 INR 00300.00

Total Payable 11000.00

Do not post the Transportation charges to any account and don;t assign any key for the same. Maintaintwo condition types and use the alt calculation formula to write a routine for 70% and 30% respectively and assign them using Account keys specially created for the purpose and post them to the GL accounts of your choice. This will solve your problem. Ensure that the total freight gets added only once.

Hi Guys,

We were able to find the solution by updating the MARA table (Mtrl.Fr. group and Mtrl. Pri. group) with reference to the 1 line item.
