Designing Form with different out fields of model

Hi,

I am trying to create the form with model out put data.

This model will expose 4 output fields and 4 tables.

I want to display 4 output fields in one form and 4 tables in tabs.

Please let me know how to do this.

Hi ,

To display the fields in the formview : drag the formview from the data service output port/drag the form view from the compose panel then select the fields in configuration of the form.

To display the tables in a Tab,what do you mean this ?

do you want to display at time in a Screen if yes you can do it using Layers.
