Errors while transferring External PR's to SRM

Hi All,

When we tried to transfer the Material PR's having Unknown Account Assignment Category to SRM from R/3, we are Successful.

But when we tried to transfer the External Service PR's having Unknown Account Assignment category to SRM from R/3. We ended up with the follwoing error:

Hi,

Do you have an entry in the R3 in Integration with other mySAP components --> SRM --> Control external procurement has the services material group and your purchase group combination for your profile.

( i-e., the table V_T160EX entry )

This ANORETRY error comes if the system does not find proper data to create a followon document( SC) in the SRM system.

We used to get this error when the system is not able to pick up the required parameters( eg tax code) to create a shopping cart in the SRM.

Observe from that view point.

Hello,

Please check and apply SAP note:- 783574

Note that the existing entries in the QRfc Monitor (Txn SMQ1) have to be restarted manually.

Please check if the enteries are visible in EPRtrans table; also please check SAP note:- 656597.Also run report BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER.
