getting error message when approving shopping cart

Hi All,

When approving shopping cart we are getting the following intermittent error message "invalid Service

You have specified an invalid service. The service name was bbpsc07. "

Error remains even when we clisck on other menu items.

Then we have to logoff and Login again.

What is the cause of error,this is causing lot of problem.

Kindly help me.

Hello,

Please check if note 1003197 was applied twice; please check and also please apply SAP Note 888306.Also

Can you please republish all your services and re-test the system and

update. Also please clear your templates and MIMEs. Normally happens

automatically once you publish, but not everytime.

In case of MIMEs, remember to clear cache in your browser as well.

TO DO THIS :

Please run the report SITSPMON; under template and MIME cache,

click on button system wide under invalidate MIME Cache.

This will clear the MIME cache.

Hi Please check service is availble in via TXN SICF and type service name BBPSC07.
