Digital Sinature

Hi All,

I have configured for Individual Digital Signature strategy, while I am going to chnage the status I am geting following errors :

"Current digital signature process has been terminated

Message no. 26193"

If i check in SU53, I am geting message as :

"The last authorization check was successful"

I created a ZDMS role and asigned following objects :

C_SIGN_BGR

C_DRAW_TCS

C_DRAW_TCD

What is missing in my process / config

Pl. help.

Hi Vikas,

Usually in digital signature this error occurs when proper authorization objects are not provided,

usually C_SIGN_BGR

please check once again by assigning this authorization object to user name.

The error message 26 193 is raised, because for your user the first and last name are not properly maintained. Please fully maintain the user data in transaction 'SU01' and test the behavior again.

Hi Christoph,

Thanks for your reply.

While changing the document status in CV02N, system is asking for digital signature, after entering SAP logon password I am getting error as " Unknown SSF profile

Message no. 1S523 "

What could be the reason ?

Hi Vikas,

regarding the mentioned error message I would kindly ask you to check your SSF customizing in transaction SSFA.

Hi Vikas,

I have a requirement in Digital Signature,

I have status network with 5 statuses and for statuses from 2 to 5 all need approver with digital signature and all these approvers are different.

Hope so u implemented such requirement so pls help me in this.

I have checked the SSF customization, It is as below :

DFAULT Standard Application SAPSECULIB PKCS7 International standard PKCS#7

ELEARN E-Learning SAPSECULIB PKCS7 International standard PKCS#7

PPPI Digital Signatures Adhering to FDA Requirements SAPSECULIB PKCS7 International standard PKCS#7

Do I have to Tick "Digital Signature with/without Data" in Default Standard Application ?

What I have to check in this ?
