hi friends

i want to do automatic delivery. after creating sales order , how the automatic delivery will be happened. how to create this batch jobs

Hi,

1. you can use the outbound delivery monitor VL06O to mantain a selection criteria and save it as a variant.

2.go to SM36 to define a background and use the JOB Wizard with which you can easily create a job selecting the variant to be run.

3. Go SM37 and schedule the time for this job.

4. It runs automatically at the scheduled time and deliveries are created.

Santosh I think batchjob is nt required u can maintain Immediate Delivery in Sales Order type definiton.Check the field for Imm. Delivery Under Shipping Tab

So Once u save the delivery gets created automatically.

Just Go to Transaction SM37

The Define the Background Job define you program ....for delivery Vl06 /vl10d....etc.. Go to

SE93 and check the Program and assign the program to the Jobs as internal ,External.....

Then Go to SM37 you can schedule the backgroung job at a particular time..
