Idoc value is changing in XI which is not in SAP.. Any idea ??

Hiall,

when i saw the idoc in WE02 the value in one of the field is showing as

"01GFLF 030608140014LFF LaFamiglia"

But when the Idoc is reaching to XI, the value is coming as

"01GFLF 030608140014LFF LaFamiglia #################################################################################################################################################################################"

Does any one has any idea why it is coming like this??

Its coming in the same way.. But solved this by replacing with gap in XI mapping which is not a good solution...

In SAP side, u are checking the payload from WE02.

Can u tell me where did u see the o/p like this

"01GFLF 030608140014LFF LaFamiglia #################################################################################################################################################################################"

1.Is it in the I/b payload in SXMB_MONI.

or

2.Is it the payload after mapping?

Thats before mapping.

ie, when the idoc reaches to XI. I saw it in SXMB_MONI.

ANy guess?

There must be some special characters in the field which the system is unable to convert. If you go to SM59 and check the RFC connection there you will find a tab called MDMP & Unicode, there you will see under character conversion the error indicator used is #

So maybe there is some special character in your field.

Hi,

This is not related to mapping.Im doing Idoc to File scenario.

When the Idoc is triggered in SAP and when i checked in WE02 transaction , we do not have any kind of those characters.Once the Idoc reach to XI system, those characters are coming into those field.

Any idea why they are coming?

If they are coming from SAP itself, then why they are not showing in WE02.??
