DP related question "Copy 5 plants forecast in new Key figure"

Hi Gurus,

I have a question which i am trying to get solved.

I am running forecast for 5 plants and its saved in a key figure . When we selet a plant forecast is show at plant level.

E.G :

1. Jan Fab March ......

Total 5 Plant Forecast : 100 200 300 ........

2.

: Jan Fab March.......

Plant 1 : 35 30 20 .........

My Question is

I want to copy my total forecast with out considering plant into another Key Figure. Can any one please help me?

I generate forecast at Product and Location level and i wanted to copy without considering Plant.

Hi,

I am not quite able to get your requirement.

"Copy without considering plant"

If you have defined spare KF in the planning area. you can design a Macro as per the logic.

Spare KF = Forecast.

Execute it interactively at aggregate level and save data

If the calculation type of the Spare KF is maintained 'N' then the value copied will not disaggregate as per the plant.

If the calculation type of Spare KF is maintained as 'S' then the aggregate value will get copied and dis-aggregated pro-rata.

I hope your requirement shall be catered to by one of the 2 cases explained above
