how to create a new bar code? can any one suggest me to create new.

Hi Puneet,

WELCOME TO SDN!!!

In SE71 transaction. Select Charecter Formats Push button.

Here define a charecter format and select a Bar code in Bar code field.

After creating the charecter format we need to assign it to the field which we want to display in Bar code format.

For Example in Form (SE71)

* <C1> &MARA-MATNR& </C1>

Here we are displaying teh field MATNR in Bar code format.

' C1 ' is the Charecter format what we have created in the Chrecter formats

hi puneet,

Goto se73.

choose radio button system bar code

below it their is a button change click on it

then their is button on the tool bar just beside delite called create button click on it you will get two option new and old. over their click new give one name for the bar code and short discription press enter . Give the name starting with Z.

you will get one more pop-up choose any one depending on your prenter setting and press enter

you will get another pop-up set it accordingly and press enter

You will get another pop-up determine the width height and everyting according to your need press enter and save it.

Your bar code is ready.
