Odd SDM Behaviour

Hi everybody

My local AS is 7.0Sp12, customer dev AS is 7.0Sp16 pre release.

I used to have two DCs, one for models and one for apps. Everything worked ok locally.

Then I tried to deploy the two DCs on customer's AS: what happens is that model DC deploy fails with error:

The archive must be deployed with a 6.20 SDM, which has a SDM-SDA compatible version 1 or greater.

However apps DC deploys ok.

So I decide to go back and develop on my local AS.

What happens is that the very same behaviour experienced on customer's SDM happens also locally!

I can no longer deploy the model DC on my AS!

This is irrespective of deploy technique (NWDS / SDM remoteGui).

What doesn't make sense is:

- why is only model DC affected by the SDM version?

- why my AS started behaving just like customer's?

Maybe some cache need be erased?

Close and reopen your project

If needed restart your appserver

Just to add that upon entering command

sdm.bat version

from command line the output is:

...

successfully executed...
