** Alert Text is not displayed RWB alert inbox

Hi friends,

I am trying to display the meaningful alert text in the user inbox. To assign the text, I have alerady selected 'Dynamic Text' option for the alert category in ALRTCATDEF tcode.

Now if I assign 'Alert Message' as below (Control Step in BPM), I am not getting alert in my alert inbox.

Action Throw Alert

Alert Category TEST_ALERT

Alert Message Error in creating SO for PO &PONo&

-

But if I assign Alert Message either 'Error in creating SO for' (or) &PONo&, I will get the alert message in inbox.

When I combine both as above, I am not getting alert in inbox. It shows empty in the Long Text tab.

What could be the problem?

Hi,

In alread alert inbox service is activet thru SICF tcode '/default_host/sap/bc/bsp/sap/'. The problem is when we give both the string, alert is not coming. If we give separately, alert will come.

So, any solution for this ..?
