Tables for report S_ALR_87012824

hello friends,

I want to know how the available budget amount is calculated in the report S_ALR_87012824. Also would like to know from which table the amount for budget and assigned is fetched.

Please help...

Hi,

Check the Tables:

BPGE: For overall budget

BPJA: For Annual budget

Thanks a lot for your quick response.

Now i can get the total budget amount from BPGE table but i also need the budget assigned amount. From which table i can get it? I tried using BPJA table but it's empty.

I am using BPGE table to fetch both total budget amount and consumed amount.

Hi siddhesh,

In report S_ALR_87012824 Available= (Budg.prog-Assigned).

Assigned= (Actual+commitment).

Check the tables:

IMPR

IMPU

IMTP

IMZO
