Hi,
have a look to the Interface Repository at http://ifr.sap.com/catalog/query.asp?language=EN. There you find all available BAPI's to read Data out of a BW System.
You can't find all R/3 tables in BW system, here in BW the will be stored in InfoObject,ODS,Cube.

In R/3 you have Datasources like: 2lis_11_vahdr.....
So first install it in RSA5 and then check it in RSA3, and then replicate it in BW and then assign Infosource in BW and then create uodated rules for ODS/Cube then create Infopackage and then extract data.
