PO not created after SC in CCM

Dear all.,

I created a SC using CCM.., but it is not getting

converted to PO.,

Pls let me know what might be the problem.

Hi

What is your implementation scenario. What is the status of your shopping cart i.e awaiting for approval or Hold.

If it is awaiting for approval, then look for the approver to whom it is related to?

If it the contract got apporved then check the followon documents tab in shopping cart there what information you have.

Hi,

What is the status of the shopping cart? Does your workflow is triggered for the shop?

Please check the status of the SC with the "Monitor shopping cart" with the administrators login by entering the shopping cart number.

Does your internal goods shop for a product creates a PO?

Does your catalog internal or external?

Check for your config in the following for the product categories you are shopping for :

1) Cross appln basic settings --> Define objects in the backend system? if it is a classic scenario

2) Sourcing --> Define sourcing for product categories
