Include Screenshot in Support Message

Hi everybody,

I would need to know if there is the possibility of inserting a screenshot captured by a program like Hardcopy or somehow else stored in the clipboard directly into a support message!?!

I know that you can add a file to a support message, but saving each screenshot into a file is a rather complicated way.

So if anyone knows whether it is possible and/or how I would be of great help to me!

The windows control containing the text is not able to take other objects than that (the textedit control). It´s not possible. you have to save it and attach it.

While creating message from service desk

Use option Add file (Shift+F4)

And attach your screenshot.
