tablespace Size issue

Dear Basis Expert,

I was monitoring SAP system, when I used DB02 it show me few of the Tablespace has been reach 99 How to reduce this tablespace and if I reduced used tablespace is there will be any effect on the system.

as well as I need your help to understand this below mention tablespace chat in that there is 2 time used space mentain what is second one of used space.

see the tablespace used details as mention below

PSAPSR3 & PSAPR3700 99% used. SYSAUX is 89% & SYSTEM 97% used.

Could you please explain me what effect will be on my system performace,

and How to reduce the used of the tablespace
