returnable packaging

Dear sap gurus,

i had created a material with all settings as a returnable packaging material.

sale order is created with main material (tan) and returnable packaging material (tal).

order is saved.

while i try to create a delivery , for main item (tan) delivery quantity is copied from sale order order quantity,

but for (tal) it is not happening, so i could not able to do the delivery.

kindly help

Dear Sarkar,

there is no open order, i had tries to do mb1c , stock is getting updated but still i am finding problem in doing pgi.

system displaying undeficit of stock.

Can you tell me what is the error log message when you click the question mark of the error...for detail view...

now i can deliver, but when i do pgi, system indicates undeficit of stock for the returnable packaging material.

i had checked there is enough stock.

Dear Friend,

GO to MD04 for the Same returanable material.

Now see the Customers orders.

It may happen there are many open order which with availability check the stocks gets allocated to the Open orders .

If you check in the MMBE double cilck on the Stock Qty you will find the open order,

Noe if you enter stock By MB1c then you will be able to do PGI.

IF you are doing a returnable packing Scenerio.

Then in the delivery you need to Pack your main items.

Go to Packing screen in the Vl02n and pack the items.

Then you will be able to do the delivery of the returnable material.
