Graphical Mode is not working!!!

Hi All,

From T-Code SWDD graphical model is not opening.....

We are using SAP GUI 7.0.Through CITTRIX we are accessing our SAP servers.

In IDES it is coming but not in DEV and QAS..

I cked from SE51 --> Utilities --> Settings...graphical mode is enable

Please help..

Hi

For the graphics errors, Please check the configurations with the Integrated IGS are correct or not.

Check for the IGD RFC Settings.

sorry I forget to mention that my SAP server is running on SOLARIS 9 Operating system.

Please suggest....

Actually We are using sap servers IDES , DEV and Quality server through CITRIX application server where SAp GUI 710 is installed.

In IDES it is working but not in dev and quality server.

please suggest if u still proposing to re- install
