Dear All,
I want to copy Demand planning data from one planning book to other against diffrent KF in same Planning area.
Kindly suggest the macro functionalities.
Regards,
Ashok
Hi Ashok,
Macro functionality can be used for such a case only if you have both the required KF pulled in the same data view (as macros workbooks are specific to data view).
Instead you can use /SAPAPO/TSCOPY transaction for execution of the copy job.

Dear Ankur / Uma ,
Thanks for the useful reply. I tried loading the data for selected KF to a diffn KF in new Planning Book, I see all KFs' data getting copied in new planning Book.
Incidently the KFs in both planning book are similar.
Pl tell me if I am making error in selecting the the KF or there are additional selections I need to do.
E.g : I want to copy Consensus Plan from Planning Book A to Dep Requirement KF in Planning Book B.
Thanks once again!
Ashok
Dear Ashok,
There's one simple issue which is triggering copy of all Keyfigures.
While executing the TSCOPY transaction. You had placed a check mark in the box of Propose Key Figures due to which all the key figure copy is being autopicked by the system.
Instead do not place this checkmark and manually chose the Key figure which you want to copy in source and target tabs.
regards
Use /sapapo/tscopy transaction.
specify same PA in the source and target PAs.
In the KF selection specify the from and to KFs.
if you want to carry out this using a macro,
just use the logic KF1=KF2
KF2 will be copied in to KF1.
