Dispatcher Not working

Im having problem with logging in. When I start Sap MMC everything seems to be fine and after couple of secs, Dispatched stops. and Since dispatcher is not working I can't log in.

I have tried to make several inquires and I have been told that, due to password mismatch Dispatcher is not able to connect

But I have to idea, which password are they refering to.

The reason can be found in this row

B ***LOG BY0=> ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied

Some of the reasons:

Account locked

Wrong password for sapr3, need to be syncronized with table SAPUSER.

Wrong OP$ accounts

For Solution look into these notes:

Note 400241 - Problems with ops$ or sapr3 connect to Oracle

Note 951167 - ORA-28000 the account is locked
