Seeburger AS2 Forbidden 403 message

Former Member

Colleagues,

I was successful in implementing Seeburger's AS2 and BIC adapter for inbound and outbound EDI messages in our development PI environment. But, I get " 403 Forbidden" messages when my trading partner sends a message to our test environment.

The test R/3 and PI systems are identical to the development environments. I imported the Integration Directoy and Repository from our dev to test PI system.

Seeburger's documentation says possible causes are:

1) You or your partner have entered an incorrect AS2 ID for one of the involved parties

2) A Valid sender agreement is missing

3) There are more than 1 sender agreements with the same sender and receiver party

4) The corresponding communication channel is set to inactive.

I can't see any of these issues in our test environment.

Has anyone else experienced "403 Forbidden" when receiving inbound messages from a trading partner ?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks and regards,

Andy Tung

Colleagues,

I discovered that namepsace http://seeburger.com/xi is not showing up on RWB Adapter monitor.

I am thinking that the 403 Forbidden message is due to inability to access objects in this namespace.

I see http://seeburger.com/xi in the Integration repository.

Any suggestions to make http://seeburger.com/xi viewable would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Andy Tung

I discovered that namepsace http://seeburger.com/xi is not showing up on RWB Adapter monitor.

Which means that on your server seeburger adapter is not deployed properly.

Try to redeploy adapter.

Gaurav,

Thank you for your reply. I attempted to load AS2 adapter upgrade again via SDM and saw the same results.

Services appear fine in Visual Administrator.

I even re-loaded the tpz files with no changes.

Do you have any suggestions ? undeploy AS2 and then redeploy?

Thank you !

Regards,
