Hello,
In customer master record of accounting tab, what is the use of field head office and how to assign this in customer master?
Thank you
Head office account represents a head office / branch relationship that exists for a customer or vendor in the SAP system.
Lets say XYZ company is head office and it has two branches offices under name ABC Traders & 123 Traders.
You create customer master records for all 3 of them using transaction XD01.
To link branch accounts to a head office account, you must enter the number of the head office account in the Head office field in the branch account master record i.e. for ABC Traders & 123 Retailers, you select XYZ Company account number (or customer number) as Head office in field 'Head office' of customer master record.
