License Key Tracking

Iu2019m curious. When you install SRM, or other products for that matter you have to enter a license key. Does SAP track whou2019s activated the product?

as far as I know, SAP can see who requested a license key, but it does not track who imported the license key into a system.

You first have to request a license. Then you will receive a license from SAP and then you have to import it. Yes, you have to login using your Servicemarketplace ID!
